Wholesale manager (Food Production)

A full time hands on  Food Production “wholesale manager” is required for a small  busy sushi manufacturer in Leeming.

Hours are generally Monday – Friday Midnight to 8:30am.

Descriptions of duties include but not limited to:
Your ability is to efficiently operate and manage a small team whilst keeping to strict timed guidelines is essential. Your food handling experience including good knowledge of correct food handling techniques relating to food safety are important.

Requirement:
Minimum 2 years food industry experience
Able to demonstrate management skills
An ability to speak mandarin will be highly regarded.
Experience with sushi making and Asian themed foods and advantage but not essential
Appropriate remuneration to be negotiated subject to experience.
