请问最后三排是什么意思啊?

另外,通常送快递如果家里没人不是应该在邮箱里放预约卡片的吗??

Thanks, I have done these....
A operator recorded my phone# and said someone will call me.
But.... I have wait for a whole day and failed to receive any of their further response.....
