The house is brand new, very modern and the rooms are fully furnished, so I am looking for people who are responsible, tidy, trustworthy and sorry not suitable for pet owner. Smokers will have to smoke outside.  

The room has queen size beds, side tables, built in wardrobe and shared bathroom. This is not a party house, so I am looking for someone that is a student or a professional. House has reverse cycle air-cond and security alarm.
