start from perth, you can choose Albany then south west or start from south west then Albany.
Perth to Albany 400kms around 4.5hr via Albany hwy, have rest at William, depend if you want to take a long trip, you can turn to Narrigon for a stop (small country town), then stop at Kojinup, then Mt Barker. you will arrive Albany after that. (wind farm, natural bridge, Oyster Bay etc)
from Albany back, go to Demark first, you will then visit Tree Top Walk, then Walpole via south west hwy. you can decide if you want to visit pemberton. then travel to Augusta for the light house. then back to Marget River (wine tasting/Beach) then Busselton/Dounsbrough.
visit bunbury on the way back, stop at Mundurah
suggest buy a south west map (around$10), make sure you go to the visitor centre in each town/city, it's free to get maps and advise for any local events. |
