定亚航机票的沉痛代价

Be careful ! dont book Air-asia fly. I booked fly from KL to Paris for my family (6 of us)about half years ago, after that, I booked all connection flies and hotels within Europe, which cost me over $9000AUD. Today I receive an email from Air-asia said as the fly do not make profit, they had decieded to cancel the fly, what they can do only refund the money for the ticket I paid. the customer care service like answer machine, are not helpful at all.When I paid my ticket by using credit card, there is exchange rate lost, also there are 6 months over interest on the money I paid for the ticket, they do not take any responability, only let customer to suffer for that. all my flies and hotel has already booked, and not refundable, and Now I have to book with another airline which cost me $10000 over more. it is a disaster for me to choose air-asia. this will be my last booking with Air-asia and I will tell everyone I know and online about my experience

即便是廉价行空，在营运时候也要考虑到旅客的利益，不能单纯为了盈利就放弃了支持他的顾客，这样下来，谁还会愿意去坐廉价行空呢？

应该讲信誉，因为这里面是一种对公司品牌的信任，客户提前预付购买的也是如此，就像投资，不仅仅是机票的廉价。。。。从当前看是多赚一点点，但确实毁了名声，但如果航空公司都这样的话，那就不说啥了

都是这样的吧？至少我遇到的取消航班的时候（无论是否廉价航空公司）都是只管退票或者免费change，这个跟廉价航班没什么关系。。。至于还要求什么current exchange损失和几个月的利息。。。厄。。。这个要求就太高了，他肯定不会管了，for sure。

买便宜机票就有这种风险的, 购买的时候机票上面就有写清楚如果因为航空公司问题取消班次的只退回当时购买机票的款项而已.

不仅仅亚航是这样, 很多航空公司的特价班次都有这些规定的. 只可以说LZ运气不好而已.

从来没有要求亚航退还利息或者EXCHANGE LOST，只是要求他们能改换航班，同样的时间。但是他们只是简单的发了封信，说取消了。连抱歉都没有。给他们的客服打电话，说他们退钱给我已经是便宜我了，好像我赚了多大的便宜似的。简直气爆了。

樓主..有人還遇過到機場了才通知你班機取消..或者在轉機地.被取消下一段航班

還有..第一段Delay(廉價航空常誤點)...導致第2段票趕不上...(認賠?)

必須現場再買最快起飛的票(櫃買超貴)..購票須知裡面其實有告知.什麼情況時怎麼樣了

所以....最後....只能說..

這也是沒辦法的事.....節哀..
