Really Cheap car parking rental in Adelaide Terrace, East Perth

Dear sisters and brothers,

This is Superteddy who is from Shanghai, China. I live in 151 Adelaide Terrace as I dont have car at the moment so there has a car park available in my apartment building, if you work in city or work around East Perth, it's more cheaper compare to city car parking.

The car parking is available during the week from 8:30am to 5pm.

看到标题觉得楼主真的为在CITY工作的筒子们考虑，看到价格以后不知道该说什么了。

本来就是LZ免费的parking,卖给需要的人也很正常。你卖的价格比附近CPP都要高就有点说不过去了。而且你住的地方在LANGLEY PARK（离CAUSEWAY很近）那边，很多在CITY上班的人还要坐BUS才能到要去的地方。另外LZ也不能提供PARKING RECEIPT,很多人还是可以从公司CLAIM PARKING EXPENSE 的。LZ自己考虑一下这样的情况还要收12刀一天，是不是有点过了。

附上 2008 -2009 CPP PARKING 价格给需要的筒子们参考。

you can't judge it like that, it's not absolute, some parking place cost 8 dollors per hour, all the more my area is really city center. Ok if someone thinks it's not good value for them, so please forget it, if interesting in it, could give me a buz to negotiate it.

给两个停车场价钱你参考参考.

alexander图书馆的早上７点停到下午６点,９块,有时侯不知道为什么还收少点,７块多.

east perth中国领事馆附近一露天停车场,６－８块一天（具体忘了）．

．．．．．．．．．．．．．

８块钱一小时的停车场普通上班族在没有报销的情况下是不会停的.

lz那里还不算是city center，你那里附近的2个CPP， Plain Street 和Goderich Street  也只有7-8刀一天。你说的8刀一小时那是WILSON PARKING. 不是公司拿停车钱，谁去WILSON？
本来就是给你提个意见，你还要坚持地点好价格便宜。

but you guys dont realise mine is secure underground parking without public access, the safest place to leave a car. All the places above are either open air or far from the city center.
