Law (Corporation) 224：Corporate Law – Law (Corporation) 224/564 L. Factor 8th Edition [hereinafter referred to as “Corporate Law – Factor”]. This book provides coverage of all the unit topics to the depth of study required. The 8th edition was revised in December 2004. If you do not wish to use this recommended textbook, you may purchase one of the optional alternative textbooks.
