《每日电讯报》10月30日报道，法院文件披露了本周三Waterloo公寓中国学生坠楼案凶手的罪恶行径。
　　　　
Brendan David Dennison被控总共21项罪名，审判于今天下午12.30分在Hunter St公寓三楼进行。
　　　　
中央地法院今日获悉，26岁的Dennison在18岁的被害者坠楼前对其进行了三次强奸，之后还强奸了其韩国男友两次，并对其男友进行了下流的口交。

　　　　A man charged with the murder of a teenage woman who plunged from the balcony of a Sydney apartment while fleeing a knife-wielding intruder refused to appear in court today.
　　　　
　　　　Brendan David Dennison, 26, was taken to Central Local Court this morning but refused to come up from his cell during the brief hearing. He did not apply for bail.
　　　　
　　　　The magistrate, Allan Moore, ordered DNA samples to be taken from Dennison and adjourned the matter to December 11.
　　　　
　　　　The charge sheet lodged in court today alleged that Dennison was charged with raping the woman three times and her boyfriend twice, and inciting the four victims to perform sexual acts on each other and with him.
