For people who drives Nissan please aware! If something goes wrong with your car, and you took it to Nissan company to fix, please be careful. If they recommend you to replace any parts of the car, reject them if you want, but with good attitude. If not, your car will be in trouble. I've experienced 2 times already. The first time, I went to change engine oil and wheel alignment. I handed my car to the company. After a while, they told me that my wiper is in poor quality but I know it can still be used. I asked them to change only the engine oil and wheel alignment, don't have to change anything else. After service, I went to pick up the car. After 1 day of driving, the wheel alignment feels the same as before. I called the company and asked them about the wheel alignment. They said : 'It's ok. To keep our company's popularity, you can bring your car to our company anytime to give your car a check up.' I called them after 10 days because I only have leave every Sunday and I can't get a leave. I called them and they said : ' You are required to return for check up in 7 days. Due to 10 days of absence, we cannot service your car.' I reminded him that one of his employees said that we can return anytime to service. He said that the person who I was talking before was a new employee, so he doesn't know that and said he can't help me. Case closed. Last month, my water box is leaking ON THE TOP. It wouldn't effect much. For safety, I wanted to change it at the company. I asked him to fix my car's front plastic covering (below the bumper). I already took a look before service, it has been scratch due to an accident, half of the side is perfect and the other half is loosen. The perfect side have screws on it.I took it to service and they agreed to check the car and will inform me about the car's situation. They did not inform me so I decided to call them and asked about my car. They said:' We took it to the main company to give a check up and have not returned the car, tomorrow I'll inform you when to pick up your car. ' The next day, they did not call me so I called them. I asked them if the car's back, he said it hasn't returned. I'll call them now to ask if it's done and I'll call you right back. He did not call me. I call them and the phone is picked up by the other employee and I asked the employee to pass the phone to the previous person I called. He said: 'he is busy answering the phone, I'll inform him to call you back in 5 minutes.' Again, they did not call me. After an hour, I called them and he said that he can only know the situation tomorrow. The third day, I went to the company in the morning and asked them:' Where is the car? Does a water box take 3 days to replace?' He looked unhappy and said it's finished. He said it costs $900. I asked: 'why didn't you inform me and tell me about my car's situation and the price?' I paid the money and picked up the car. I saw the plastic covering is not fixed. I thought I can fix it myself so I forgot about it. The next day my car made a funny sound on the bottom of the car. It's the sound of the plastic covering dragging on the floor. I went down and looked at the plastic covering and I realized all the screws are missing and made it drop. It is the perfect part of the plastic covering that dropped. I recommend not to fix cars in their own company. High pricing, bad service. It takes 3 days to fix a water box. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO FIX CARS IN THEIR OWN COMPANY. HIGH PRICING, BAD SERVICE AND BAD TEMPER. |
