We are a retailer selling toys, gifts & stationeries. We have shops in Joondalup, Hillarys and Mandurah.

Now we are hiring 2 casual staff in our Hillarys & Joondalup store, 1 part-time/full-time in Hillary store, 1 full-time and 1 casual/part-time in Mandurah store .

The daily duties for these positions are but not limited to the list below:

1. Welcome and greet customers;
2. Assist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for and recommend items that match customer need. Accurately describe product features and benefits. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
3. Manage point-of-sale processes;
4. Be involved in stock control and management;
5. Responsible dealing with customer complaints
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Requirements for this job position:
1.            Proven working experience in retail sales
2.            Proficiency in English
3.            Have a friendly, helpful, polite, confident and engaging personality.
4.            Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable communication with kids.
5.            Customer Service focus
6.            High school degree or above
