We are looking for a female Asian university student to board with us.My husband is from New Zealand and works in the mines (on a roster)and I am a Chinese Singaporean who can speak Mandarin. We have 2daughters (aged 18 and starting university this year and 24 who isworking as an accountant) living at home.
Welive in a 5 bedroom house with 2 living areas. We are located inCanning Vale in the Ranford Estate and situated within 2 to 3 minuteswalkng distance to the bus-stop on Ranford Road with buses runningregularly to the Murdoch Train station (about 10 minutes away) andMurdoch University and also Curtin University. We are also close tothe Livingston Shopping Centre.
$160/week which includes free WIFI, own laundry andcooking (may be able to provide food at a reasonable cost). We wouldrequire a 2 weeks’ bond and a long term stay is welcomed.
