It is newly renovated house in Mirrabooka.

You will be the first person to stay in there since it's been renovated.

I'd prefer to have a female house mate only.

You will be sharing house with 1 singaporean male, myself - Taiwanese (female) and my chinchilla persian cat. it's very good natured so don't worry $\"\"$

Though it is probably best if ur not allergic to cats

The room available is a double bedroom.

Single bed and desk can be provided for you on request

The rest of the house is fully furnished

we are both very friendly, I study and work part time and he is a working professional.

The room will be available mid-end of April 2013

EXTRA INFO:

It is very close to reid hwy so it's quite easy to get around

There are also buses near by if you don't drive

Walking distance to Honeywell Shopping centre

Close to Mirrabooka shopping centre, schools and ECU mt lawley
