The house is located at East Vic Park with
access to Curtin Free Bus.
This house has large public area, living
room, dining room, and a small study room with luxury wooden and genuine
leather furnitures.
Looking for  single, tidy, clean, and quite.

150 dollar/per week for single,   including electricity, water, gas, and internet.

   步行300米可到达 Bus station 72和75路，步行10分钟有170 176等,                   
2）步行1000米大约10分钟左右到达Curtin校区
5月16号左右可以入住，希望可以和喜欢清洁，安静，而且不吸烟朋友同住。
本房接受单人，欢迎来电咨询，接受短租3月左右，150/星期 包水电网， 若时间为6月初到8月初2个月，房价可降低。
