we have a room available - this house locates in between of Darch/Landsdale.

1 minute walk to bus stops headed to Warwick train station,

10-15 mins to Hillarys,

15 mins to ECU Joondalup campus,

huge park next door, very quiet no through road.

the bedroom is fully furnished with queen size bed, bedside table, tollboy, double door BIR, can provide study desk/chair if needed.

rent $180pw for single, $250pw for couple incl all bills(elec/gas/water/fast Wifi), separate lounge area. Sorry NO pets.

we are english speaking couple (also can speak chinese), someone who prefers practice english speaking is more than welcome
