Walking distance to Bus stop 343 (to Morley / Beechboro), Parks, Supermarkets and Fast Food Restaurants.
Room is unfurnished with built in wardrobe. A Queen Size bed and desk can be provided if needed (no extra cost).
You will be sharing the toilet and bathroom with the male student only.
We are looking for a friendly, mature, clean and tidy person to move in.
