Pleasant where on a quiet street; shops within few hundreds metres, 3 minutes drive to Garden city, bus routes at the front street , a couple minute to freeway entrance, city 10 minutes and Fremantle less than 15 minutes drive. Walk to river front in a few minutes and lake just around corner of the street.

The person gets to use half of the space which 2 bedrooms and one bathroom; the rent is $295 ~ $325 depending on the purpose of the use and plus bills 50/50. Note the initial payment is 4 week bond and 2 week rent. It may be an ideal for someone from overseas on business venture or self-employed and needs an extra room for office/work purpose. The rooms are fully furnished but can be altered to suite your needs.
