Company Details
My client are a leading resources company based centrally in Perth. They have recently secured a new contract and as such have created a an Accounts Payable position to join their established team and support the business. As well as the business growing and showing long-term stability. The management team are keen on hiring the best candidates in the market to grow with them.  

Your New Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, You duties will include:
• Matching & coding of invoices
• Scheduling invoice payments
• Preparing payment commitments report
• Daily cash and bank management
• Review outstanding purchase orders
• Maintain & reconcile supplier accounts
• Full end to end processing in of invoices through to payment creditors

Your Profile
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
• Excellent communication skills
• 4 years previous experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous exposure to a large ERP system is essential.  Experience using MS Dynamics is also highly desired.
• Good attention to detail / the ability to meet deadlines
