Cockburn ARC is the City of Cockburn’s new Premier Regional Sports and Aquatic Centre located in Cockburn Central West with a vision of getting more people, more active, more often.
It is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Australia, providing leading edge facilities and services that the Cockburn community can be proud of and is also the home of the Fremantle Football Club.
The $109M facility, along with the partnership with Fremantle Football Club and Curtin University, has enabled the City to deliver a world class facility with an overall footprint of 23,000m2.

The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, motivated and customer focused individual to join Cockburn ARC’s award winning Swim ARCademy team as Swim School Supervisor. With a current base of approximately 2,600 Swim ARCademy members, this is a busy and hands-on role.
The successful applicant will have:
Experience in a supervisor role within a busy swim school environment.
Outstanding customer service and people skills.
Experience working in a close team environment and ability to help the whole team succeed.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technology and innovations within the aquatic industry.
Ability to champion the aquatic education of community members in the importance of water safety.
The ideal applicant will be an energetic, motivated person who is not afraid to use their own ideas and initiative. The Swim School Supervisor will be a customer focused individual who will ensure aquatic education members are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided.
Salary: Base salary of $66,476 - $71,148 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (as from 22 August 2018). Penalty rates apply for weekend and public holiday work.
Hours; 38-hour weekly rotating roster covering the Monday to Sunday operations of the facility, with a fortnightly RDO available.
