SpeedFit combines personal training with EMS technology for an exceptionally effective workout in just 20 minutes per week. Our EMS training is effective, fun and low impact on the skeletal system (joints, tendons & ligaments). We cater for a wide variety of clients and their needs

We are currently looking for a Studio Manager and Trainers in our new studio opening soon in Morley.

You must have outstanding customer service values, be prepared to take on the responsibility of maximising the results of your studio, and have a desire to want to help people change their lives.

The role will include:

Providing exceptional service and personal training to clients by conducting EMS sessions
Membership sales
Day to day studio operations
Financial reporting
Membership growth and revenue targets
Recruitment and performance management
Business networking within the local community
Social media marketing and management

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven sales management skills with the ability to achieve monthly targets
Experience in business management with a focus on performance outcomes
Experience in the personal training industry
Have exceptional communication and administrative skills

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness

- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
