Our client is looking for an Assistant Property Manager ready to step up and join their Fantastic Team!

About the Role
Assist with the management of a shared portfolio
Report to the Senior Property Manager
Liaise with Tenants and Owners
General Property Management/Admin Office duties
Leasing, signups, inspections, maintenance
Outsourced PCRs
The Ideal Candidate
Adequate knowledge of Rest
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Switched on and savvy individual who can hit the ground running
Valid Drivers' License & Current Certificate of Registration
12 Months Real Estate or Property Management experience
