UC Technology Lead
Global Consultancy looking to expand operations in Perth
6 month contract
Immediate start
We have received an urgent request for a Technology Lead to join their Perth based practice. Our client is a global powerhouse with operations in all continents and is truly a world leader. In Perth, they have recently been chosen to deliver a number of projects across both the operational and IT areas.

CCNP minimum for Voice or Collaboration
Minimum 5+ years' experience supporting Cisco Voice (Call Manager, Voicemail, IM&P, Jabber) and Video solutions (Telepresence, TMS, TMSXE, VCSC/E)
Work will be split 60% Operations / 40% Engineering
Experience using Service Now for Service Management
Experience migrating legacy Voice solutions to call manager is beneficial, including design documentation, site requirements translation, change management and communications
Task-focused and willing to embrace BHP's UC team culture around collaboration and taking ownership of issues.
Experience administering Webex/Spark tenancies is preferred.
