Mobilisation Officer
Torque Recruitment are seeking an experienced mobilisation officer to start work at a globally recognised company based in Henderson, Western Australia.

Responsibilities included but no limited to:

Manage site entry / mobilisation requirements
Booking flights, bus manifests, accommodation, drug and alcohol testing and vehicles
Ordering PPE and conduct stock takes
Check and confirm labour lists
Manage and coordinate all site administration paperwork
Update employee/shutdown/project information on databases
To be successful in the role you will have:

Experience in the Mining/Engineering/Construction industry
Strong verbal and written communication
Very good time management, organisation and coordination experience
Experience using ERMS, OnBase, FMG Portal or similar software's
Ability to work independently and in a team
