This is a single bedroom in a three-bedroom town house and located just next to the UWA Dental and Medical Library and the Medical Centre. Given its great location, there are buses at a 2mins walking distance to Fremantle and City. Restaurants and shops are at a stroll distance. It is only 10mins walk to the UWA main campus.

Everything is provided. There is a desk, chair, lamp, single bed (with mattress, quilt and pillow), wardrobe and heater in the bedroom. The bedroom will be equipped with air con for hot days. All essential kitchenware are provided.

The sharing price for this single bedroom is $165pw excluding all the bills (gas, electricity, water and internet-200G/month with Telstra). All bills come to roughly $2 per day. We welcome nice people for both short term (at least a month) and long term stay.
