Hi guys, there is one large single bed room available in Karawara at ~26th April. This house is really close to the bus station, Waterford Shopping Centre and The Curtain University . Less than 5 mins walk to the shopping centre, around 15mins walk to the uni and the bus stop is just in the corner. Very convinent location with Coles, IGA and restaurants, and It saves ALOTS of petrol and transport fee!
Rent is ~$140-$150 per wlk ono not included the bills. Internet fee is ~$20 per month. Water, gas and eletricity bill will be share with the rest on the tenants. (In total approx. $600- $620 per month in average) 4weeks bond and 2 weeks rent paid in advanced for half year contract.
