House wanted for couple doing PhD in UWA

Hi,

My name is Tanziha, and I am from Bangladesh. Currently, I am a UWA PhD student in water resources engineering. My husband is coming to Australia within April. I need a fully furnished apartment or studio room with queen bed, closet for clothes and air-conditioner in bedroom; dining table, fridge, micro-oven, sofa in living room; vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer (also sharing laundry room is acceptable).

Rent should include all utilities like gas, electricity, water and internet.

The house should be suitable for couples.It will be needed from the end of April or the starting of May. I can afford rent about 300~350 AUD for couple with all the conditions mentioned above. It also should be within 5 km from UWA and have one parking for car.

Both my husband and I are tidy and clean people. And we don't smoke or drink alcohol. Also no pet will be kept in the house.
