One Single room -170 per week, included Unlimited Internet. However, we do share gas and electricity bills by 3.
Me (female) and my house mate are looking for a friendly, reliable and clean person to full-fill the third room.
1) Room and house are fully furnished, with king single bed, study table, chair; couch, tv washing machine, fridge, microwave....
2) It located in the most convenience location: walking distance to IGA, 2 minute drive to local Red rooster, subway, 24hrs gym, restaurants, café, convenience store and ATM. 10 mins to Belmont Forum shopping centre. Next to Burswood casino.
3) Bus 37, or 15 mins from Graham Farmer Fwy to Northbridge.
4) Street name: Toorak Road, Rivervale WA 6103.
