Excellent location with 20 seconds walk to bus stop: 98,99,102,103,107 to subiaco, city etc. Most importantly, you can go to city within 10-13 mins by taking 102 or 107
There are 3 IGAs near by: 2 on stirlinghighway and 1 in broadway shopping centre.
an excellent place for UWA students, taylorscollege students, travellers, and people having working holidays

If you feel tired or lazy and don't want tocook, you can simply go to chilliz, broadway shopping centre,etc to have ameal.
