Sale price: $150,000 payable to current seller / franchisee, including all equipment & other necessary tools to operate plus 2 weeks’ stock.


Sale price does not include:

-Deep fryer lease payment ($300+ monthly, pay out in Nov 2017):

-Additional $15,000 + GST ($1500) franchise fee (ONE OFF - 5 years contract) payable to franchisor AFC SUSHI IZU. This will be subject to the current terms and conditions of the new contract issued from the franchisor.
