房间1：双人大房，全新QueenBed和床垫，只租单人，$150/周
房间2：全新单人床和床垫，床头柜，嵌入式衣挂，更安静更宽敞， $140/周
房间3和4：单人床，嵌入式衣柜，$130/周
房租包括水电网煤气，夏天有空调，网络为无限TPG宽带。全新冰箱和滚筒洗衣机。如果需要书桌可提供。
Bond为2周房租。抱歉不接受吸烟者，酗酒者，宠物和毒品。No Party.
车库有一个空位，每周$5。路边也可停车。
近Reid Highway and TonkinHighway, 步行5分钟到公交车站，公车20分钟到Morley, 50分钟到city.
