Twin room in Joondalup looking for a tenant as live in care taker

Hi All, hotel in Joondalup has a twin room in a 2-bedroom apartment dorm for rent.
The apartment dorm is fully furnished, in a quiet and safe area.

We are looking for a tenant to move in as a care taker.
Benefits will include:
-Free on site parking
-No utility bills to pay
-Free unlimited high speed WIFI
-Very close to Joondalup ECU
-Very close to shopping centre, bus station/train station
-Possible housekeeping job opportunity
-Very cheap rent ($50-$70 per week)

Tenant will be asked to take care of the incidents that happen during the nights when hotel reception is closed.

Female preferred. Minimum 6 month Visa is required.
