We're looking for a couple/two friends to share our house.The room has a Queen size bed, built in robes.

You will share the toilet and bathroom with a single person.

The rent is $280/pw (includes all bills: electricity, water, internet). We have pillow,sheet,duvet prepared.

You have one car park in front of the house.

The house is 15 min away to city by bus.

The security bond is 2 weeks, and the rent is paid weekly and in advance.

Looking for someone quiet and respectful, no party animals, smokers, messy person etc...

Also rent has to be paid on time, so we prefer someone who works or study full time.

Five people in the house in total - my partner and I. A single person and you two.

- 即可看房，12月18日入住。
- 尋找愛乾淨、整潔、安靜、不吸菸的房客。偏好學生或有全職工作者。
- 男/女皆可，確保生活品質全屋住滿5個人，冰箱儲物空間充裕。
- 房子在Rivervale,靠近Belmont forum。
- 房間內有Queen size雙人床(附枕頭、床單、被子）,衣櫥。廁所浴室在房間外面，和另一人（單人）共三人分享。
- 房租$280/週，包含水電網路。預付2週押金，每星期付房租，離開前請於兩星期前告知。
- 公車15分鐘到Perth city
- 房屋房間實境如圖所示
