Junior Sous Chef - Junction Grill
Nestled within our Main Gaming Floor, Junction Grill is a casual yet vibrant open grill Restaurant, located amongst the exciting action of Crown Perth’s International Casino. Specialising in succulent grills, wood fired pizzas, fresh seafood, salads and hearty steaks; Junction Grill has a menu item to suit everyone.



About the role

We have a great opportunity for a talented and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen to support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef with the daily operations. You will have good technical knowledge and culinary skills to ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance to recipes within this very fast paced open kitchen.



Skills and Experience

Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
Experience working in a similar, fast paced environment
Extensive experience cooking western style pub classics
Demonstrated experienced in managing consistent quality
Effective leadership skills
Exceptional time management and communication skills,
In depth knowledge and adherence to HACCP
Australian recognised Certificate in Commercial Cookery
