If that's the case and 6 months has already passed since you completed your qualification, then you need to wait till you get 485 before you can apply for PR.
And because your occupation s not on the CSL, it will take a year or longer, depending on how busy the immigration is.

Reply to "perfect":

BVB is generally valid for 3 months, you need some "substantial reason" to apply for it. You will not be able to return to Australia until a decision is made on your visa application if you stay overseas pass the validity of your Bridging Visa B.

我刚刚本科毕业然后我现在在申请MASTER需要延签我就想请教一下

那个资料栏里说需要我提供我的出生公证我还能两年前申请的那个旧的嘛会不会被拒签呢？

还有我父母是个体户的以前申请的资金来源公证有我父母的营业执照的公证我还能用原来的吗？

你好，出生证明不会过期，可以用。如果存款符合条件，那么以前的资金来源证明可以用。
