我不能保證明天政府會不會改變主意，但直到目前為止首次購房補貼還沒有被取消。

如何驗證？這個月我已經安排5次補貼申請了。所有的申請都是成功的

我不是没有职业道德，只是感慨西澳中文报纸乱发消息。这个月我已经有超过八个人问我一样的问题。而且他们的消息来源全都是西澳的中文报纸。哪一间就不明说了。没有职业道德的是他们才对吧

think so. buyer's markets now.

of course there will be up & down in the price range for the next couple years. BUT!! the overall housing price tending to increase anyway.

And always remember the fact that: " Perth's housing price doubled every 7 to 10 years " [s:2]  [s:2]

批出来的地就这么多 再说澳洲真正能住人的地方并不多 还缺水  便宜的地方其实也很多 不过谁愿意去住?
