家里有两间空房间现在招租，独立全套卫浴。即时可入住。位于Bibra Lake，安静安全。前后大花园，带全套家具家电。
地理位置优越，步行距离到Murdoch大学及附近医院，家旁边有公车直达Murdoch 火车站和 Cockburn火车站，交通方便，及近freeway入口，开车20分钟到CBD，15分钟到Fremantle海边。步行2分钟到家附近高尔夫球场及child care。家里有一只及其友善的狗，安静不乱吠。


房东是一对27-30岁的couple，均为全职工作的professional, 及其干净有礼尊重讲理。希望找同样干净安静好相处的室友。
房间价格：一间150刀＋水电煤气网费 每周 （适合单人）或者 170每周全包
                  两间260刀＋水电煤气网费 每周 （适合couple 或者想住在一起但不同房间的朋友）或者300 每周全包 （只要一人150每周全包噢！）

Me and my partner are renting two rooms out in our lovely big clean 4*2 house in Cockburn area.
Fully furnished house, rooms could be rented with or without furnitures. In great quiet location, very close to Murdoch Uni and fiona Stanley hospitals, easy access to kwinana fwy.20 mins away from Perth CBD and only 15 mins away from the beach (Fremantle and Coogee).
House comes with a well maintained garden and a extremely friendly dog.
Rooms could be rented together or separately, we are looking for nice respectful tidy person to live with, and you will have your own bath and toilet, and walk in wardrobe.we respect your privacy smile 表情符
David and me are both full time working professionals so prefer a quiet and clean house to come home to.
Price wise,
1 room $150pw + bills. Or $170 include bills
Or 2 rooms for $260 pw + bills (suit couple or people who needs two rooms, only $130 for each + Bills) Or $300 PW including bills (only $150 for each person bills included)
