The home is available for singles, FIFO workers (no couples apologies),You would be sharing the house with an other very nice female housemate who has a full time job and normal working hrs.


It is close to public transport, 3mins walk to IGA 24⁄7, and 24hrs GP around the corner, pharmacy and restaurants, 5 mins drive to belmont shopping centre, markets. An bus stop to the city is only 3 mins walk from the house. Car parking available.


short term rentals are acceptable and flexible. 2 weeks notice to move out.


PS：不与房东同住，现有一位非常nice的拥有稳定全职工作的租客，加上此大单间，一整套townhouse只有两个房客，对于需要舒适安静便利地理位置的上班族来说是非常不错的选择。
