We are looking for someone who is TIDY, EASY GOING, and NICE to live with!
You will be sharing the room with another friendly male.
Students, FIFO workers, Backpackers, are all welcomed!
The room is cheap, clean and quiet.100AUD/per week including utility bills such as internet, water, electricity, and gas.
There is a 5 AUD cleaning fee for carpet cleaning every two months.
2 weeks bond (200AUD) and keys' bond (20AUD) are required upon staying.
One week notice is required before moving out.
