If you are a male, then you are going to share the room with a clean, polite, easy going UWA PhD student (male,23).
The room is in a big house located extremely close to UWA Crawley Campus, while all other house mate are UWA students.
Transport: 30 seconds to Broadway shopping center, and 3 minutes to UWA science library/ Business School by walk.
The rent will be AUD115/week excluding bills or AUD 125/week including electricity, water, gas and unlimitted WIFI.
