I want to ask, I saw that on the internet said the immgration law about spouse had changed on 14th Sept, 2009. They said even the partner was holding a visitor visa can apply for their partner visa when they are in Australia. Is that true? Because my wife and daughter had came to Australis from China on visitor visa, but my daughter had already got her Australian citizenship and passport. Do you think my wife can apply partner visa here in Australia without going back to China? Because I've to work and my wife need to look after my 3 year old daughter. Hello, Visitors visas granted to Chinese citizens usually have a condition 8503 attached, which means they are not able to apply for any other visas except the "odd ones" for example: medical visa and refugee visas.
The fact that your child is Australian citizen does not help to waive this condition. But this condition can be waived under certain circumstances. Contact me by email, I can offer you further assistance on applying for "partner visa" for your wife.

1. Have you already applied for TR? Are you on a bridging A visa?
2. Your occupation is on the WA sponsorship list, why can't you apply??
3. If you can't satisfy the criteria for TR( have not studied for 2 years), you must apply for a new visa, the you MUST withdraw your application for TR before it is refused.

2. i know occupation is on the WA sponsorship list, because i see the web they say If you completed your studies more than 6 months prior to applying you will need to provide
- Evidence of either 485 visa grant or 885 visa lodgement, i need wiat the TR visa come.
3. I criterion apply the TR, becasue the Case officers is change other people, not still apply me two years case officers, and before i pay full price to my agent do it, but she not help me doing , so now i change my own doing it.

If that's the case and 6 months has already passed since you completed your qualification, then you need to wait till you get 485 before you can apply for PR.
And because your occupation s not on the CSL, it will take a year or longer, depending on how busy the immigration is.

BVB is generally valid for 3 months, you need some "substantial reason" to apply for it. You will not be able to return to Australia until a decision is made on your visa application if you stay overseas pass the validity of your Bridging Visa B.作者: perfect 时间: 2009-12-31 09:43

半年多了还没有收到SURVEY今天打电话问了一下，他们说由于圣诞节和新年的原因SURVEY会晚。但是我几经订机票回国休假了我应该怎么办？是延迟回国时间，还是让我的朋友帮我把SURVEY 机会过我在国内填完寄回来。
