Main contract is a school ($34,495), only works 40 weeks per year and 12 weeks holidays. (Will have 6 weeks holiday during Christmas/new year).
It is an idea secondary income for a family. We sell it because my wife finishes her study and found a full time job, as both of us working full time, no longer able to run it.
This is an easy work. it is preferable for student / couple or someone want extra income.
Training would be provided and all equipment to buyer.
