Thank you for your email. Sorry for the delay reply to you.
All rooms has bed, study desk, chairs, wardrobe as currently the students are living there. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms is not working at the moment. We are planning to install evaporative air conditioner in all rooms.
It takes about 30 minutes walk to Curtin University, 10 minutes walk to Shopping Centre.
Sorry I haven't got photo. You can google address 8 Devenish Street East Victoria Park Western Australia 6101 to see the house and it's location.
I will try to take some photo tomorrow for you but I am not good at loading photo on computer.
