3 minutes walk to the bus stop; 10 minutes bus to Perth City ;15-20 minutes bus to the Curtin university.
It is a tidy villa with a courtyard. The bedrooms have wardrobes. The lounge room, kitchen and dining room are seperated.
There are 3 bedrooms, no more than 3 people in total will live in this house.
