The room is 10.5 square meters, a double bedroom with built in wardroom, but we only want 1 person to share with us, male or female we can provide a single bed or you can bring yr own bed. The rest of house is fully furnished, the house is very spacious comfortable. It is very close to shops, train stations, and bus stops, it is not far from michelle freeway, close to public transportation, no need to have a car or if you have one driveway parking

It has 3 bedroom house, 2 bathroom., separate big dinning room and 2 lunges with fire place. A couple and I live here now ,we all work full time. We are quite tidy, quiet ppl , but not fussy. the rent is $160/ week, plus bills., we only need to split water, gas, electricity
so only 2 of us will share the spare bathroom and toilet
you are welcome to use our washing machine, fridge and utensils.so just move in with yr personal stuff
