Recent Graduate major close related to ICT working experience expmotion

请问这个 Recent 指的是多长时间? 毕业半年内吗?
是从我把评估申请交上去开始算
还是从我评估通过开始算?

要是我第一次评估没过又申诉然后超过半年期限呢?

(2)major close related to ICT
请问都是什么 major 呢
本人西澳大学毕业,major 就叫 computer science
算不算 close related 呢?
