We are Chinese students couple(no kid),quiet,tidy, and easy-going,(no party),no smoking or drinking.we need a master or a doubleroom near Curtin uni(no more 30mins walking or school bus passaway) . we need afull furnished room(double size bed, BIR, A/C,internet…).Please note that we maycook in the house. We hope homemates are easy going(tidy)like us and there isno kid in this house. Weekly rent is $200 negotiable (including Electricity,Gas & Internet Bill)。
We will arrive Perth and move in on 30/9/2013.Payments could be made as soon as we move in.
