想在thornlie区找到好房请进
现有两间双人房和一间单人房对外招租.
为保证住房质量,租住人数总共不会超过5人
-招爱干净安静和友善的住客;
-最少租二周,退房前提前一周通知,房屋和设施无损坏及交还锁匙,押金全退还;
地理位置:
- 步行5分钟有学校,学校门口有bus站;乘巴士5分钟可接驳至thornlie和mannington火车站或直达carousel shopping center;
-步行10分钟到forest lake shopping centre
-开车6-8分钟到canning vale工业区,工作机会多,适合上班族;
-开车10分钟到cannington shopping centre,工作也是很方便的; -到Thornlie火车总站,开车5分钟即到;
-近swan tafe,也是5分钟车程;
-到mannington,canning vale,south river等各大型shopping center等开车分别5-8分钟到;
-有二台冰霜,二台洗衣机和电视机,后花园阳光充足,屋内提供多个泊车位;
-房子备有开放式厨房,包煮食用具及炉具,一客厅一饭厅一厕所一卫浴(卫浴内有heater light);
-房间均装有独立门锁;
-每个房间都提供有书桌风扇,全新双人床单人床,或bunk bed,衣物间和衣物柜等，拧包即可入住；
-安全安静,治安良好,购物方便
租金:
-双人房双人租每周$160即$80每人,可选择双人床或bunk bed(但需二人同行)
-双人房单人租每周$120
以上费用含水电煤和无限的ADSL网络,家俱和电器齐全,拎包入住,但不包个人生活用品,房租每周付,押金两周,
