一块地上如果是3套或者3套以下的房子就没有StrataFee
The fees get parked in a fund as a contingency against future upgrading or repairs eg. replacement of external blinds, replacement or overhaul of plant and equipment etc.

珀斯房子分green title 和strata title, green title通常是指我们说的独立屋，即一块地上一般就一栋房子；

strata title的房子一般是一块大地上分割成几块地，如果是3栋或3栋以下，比如三栋以下的townhouse或villa,两栋的duplex，是strata title的，但不需要交任何strata fee。
