标题: regarding buying vehicle in perth
Can anyone tell me if I want buy the car in Perth what should I do, can I pay the money to owner then get the car, and do the paper work later on?( just know have to fill in the form MR9, but I noted that I have to type Australia's drivers license in one field, could I blank it cause holding HK international driver's license)
And what is immobiliser?Is it I must install that?
