Nice modern house. 50 seconds walk to ECU, Cat Bus in front of house, Joondalup shopping Centre,etc. The room is for a single person.  Price includes amenities, power, water. $220（two people)

Many cheap houses for rent in Joondalup are not on the catbus route. This means you have to walk a long way home carrying your shopping or walking back at late night. This is very inconvient and is why many houses offer cheap rent.
This house is located with the catbus right infront of the house. The catbus can take you to the shopping center and ECU 7 days a week, from morning to night, completely for free. This is extremelly important.
