A man charged with the murder of a teenage woman who plunged from the balcony of a Sydney apartment while fleeing a knife-wielding intruder refused to appear in court today.
Brendan David Dennison, 26, was taken to Central Local Court this morning but refused to come up from his cell during the brief hearing. He did not apply for bail.
The magistrate, Allan Moore, ordered DNA samples to be taken from Dennison and adjourned the matter to December 11.
The charge sheet lodged in court today alleged that Dennison was charged with raping the woman three times and her boyfriend twice, and inciting the four victims to perform sexual acts on each other and with him.作者: markxu 时间: 2008-11-1 12:59
